These terms govern your use of zoeremembers ("Zoe"), a personal assistant application provided by Oceans and Outlaws, LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Zoe helps you record and remember things — commitments, notes, people, files — and follows up on the items you record. The service is provided as-is and evolves over time; features may be added, changed, or removed.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Zoe. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for keeping your sign-in method secure. One person per account.

Your content

What you record with Zoe is yours. You give us permission to store and process it solely to provide the service to you. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

Text messages

If you opt in to text reminders, you agree to receive SMS messages from Zoe at the number you provided. Message frequency varies based on the reminders you set. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not required to use the service.

Acceptable use

Use Zoe for your own lawful purposes. Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, access other users' data, or use Zoe to harass or harm anyone.

Important limits

Zoe organizes information and surfaces observations from your own records. She is not a medical, legal, or financial professional, and nothing she provides is professional advice. Decisions that need a credentialed human should get one.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oceans and Outlaws, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using Zoe and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be communicated to account holders. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
